Returns Policy

RETURNS:

To initiate the return process, please contact us at waghzofficial@gmail.com, and a member of our team will assist you promptly. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your product.

Please note the following return policy details:

  1. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  2. Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  3. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

  4. Ensure the products or artwork are in their original condition and packaging, suitable for resale. Include our returns form and email, securely wrapped at your own risk and cost.

  5. After our artist receives and verifies the artwork's condition, we will issue a credit via PayPal or transfer for the full purchase price. Refer to our returns policy for more details.

Returns Process:

 

Email us at waghzofficial@gmail.com to receive a returns form with the return address. Print and include this email with the artwork, opting for a signed-for delivery. We are not responsible for items that fail to reach us. Your purchase will be refunded upon receipt and verification.

 

DAMAGED PURCHASE:

In the event of damages, please send us an email within 7 business days, including photos of the damaged item(s), the packing material, and the box with the label visible. All broken items will be eligible for a refund.

Canceling Your Order:

 

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at waghzofficial@gmail.com at your earliest convenience to inform us of your decision. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the standard return process outlined above.
